How to do when the parcel broken?

When you receive the parcel from express company, please confirm the parcel condition is well and then sign for the goods.

But when you find the parcel is broken, please take photos, and check the products is well or not, also take photos.

Then let the courier know it is broken.

And please provide the photos to us, we will contact express company for claim.
